If you need bodywork done, this is the location for you to go! Unfortunately, my car was sideswiped while I was parked. I went through a AAA partner to get the work done and after going to another shop and hang a terrible customer experience, Nikki with impeccable customer service made me feel supported and taken care. Her kind energy and demeanor let me know that my car was in good hands and that I could reach out if I had any questions. Ramon inspected my car and made sure that it was delivered to me in pristine condition. I received it was washed and detailed and I almost cried seeing my car back together. Thank you to the team for this awesome job!

I had excellent customer service from Nicki and Ramon. Ramon made my experience with an unfortunate ordeal the least stressful. Ramon kept me informed of the whole process. The repairs were done in 2 days, less than the time predicted. The whole car was detailed inside and outside when I picked it up.

Ramon was fantastic to work with. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the repairs were done right. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I was rear ended and was told this was a good place to go for repairs. This will be my go to place to go for body repairs, it was a 10/10 experience! The team were all super helpful and made things so easy. Ramon the main mechanic went out of his way to twice to explain to me the process and help with my questions. We ran into an issue with an internal lock and he was super understanding and communicative while navigating through it. Nicki the front desk manager was also really warm, explaining to me clearly how the process works. She also called the rental company for me and offered me coffee on my first visit. The car looks brand new too!! Overall 10/10, will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family for their timeliness, warmth, and quality of repairs.

This was my first time at a body shop after someone scratched my car. Nikki was super friendly and explained the entire process with me with my insurance claim. Ramon kindly assisted me with the estimate process and went the extra mile for me with my situation. The team at Crash Champions Fremont really made the experience enjoyable with the repair. I would highly recommend my friends and family to go here for their repair needs!
